Roman Franklin is the CEO of Simplicity Esports. Roman was previously the President of Franklin Financial Planning, Inc. from January 2004 to September 2017. As President, they operated as a Fee-Only Fiduciary and helped high-net worth clients quantify and achieve their goals. Roman's financial plans included cash flow, budgeting, risk and investment management, and estate and retirement planning.

Roman Franklin studied business administration and management at Barry University before completing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in finance and management at Stetson University.
