Belinda Carroll

Belinda Carroll is a seasoned marketing and training professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and collaboration technology sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing & Retention Manager at Simplicity VoIP since September 2021, Belinda oversees a diverse range of marketing and retention initiatives. Prior experience includes a decade at Intrado as the Senior Training and Development Manager, where Belinda led a multi-lingual training team and developed customized training programs. Earlier roles at West Corporation and InterCall involved building training teams and programs to enhance client collaboration capabilities, along with contributing to product strategy and marketing efforts. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from Liberty University.
