Mariia Ternovskaia has seven years of professional work experience. In 2015, they began as a Research Associate at Florida Economic Advisors, LLC. In 2016, they moved to HY Connect as a Finance & Accounting professional. In 2018, they joined CarVi as a Business Development & Partnerships - Automotive Technology, where they led a cross-functional team to create, secure, market, and deliver a new internal service. Later that same year, they began working at 365 Digital Agency as a Business & Marketing Strategist. In 2020, they became the Head of Marketing at KOH-I-NOOR HARDTMUTH. In 2019, they started at JSC Sintezproject as a Business Development Manager. In the second half of 2021, the team at Simplicity raised one of the largest seed fundings in the region backed by VCs to fuel the rapid growth in the US and beyond.
Mariia Ternovskaia has a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from the University of South Florida, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. Mariia also holds a Graduate International Diploma in Business Administration and Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained in 2017 and 2018. In addition, Mariia has obtained several certifications, including Small Business Secrets from LinkedIn in November 2018, Google Ads (AdWords) Certification from Google in September 2018, Google Analytics Certification from Google in August 2018, and JLPT (Worldwide Japanese-Language Proficiency Test) Level 4.
