Jahnavi Singh

Jahnavi Singh has a wealth of experience in the legal field. Jahnavi began their career in 2014 as a Legal Intern at Karanjawala & Co. and The Chambers of Law. In 2015, they interned at Bajaj Finserv, where they worked on Third Party contracts, Non-Disclosure Agreements, and Terms and Conditions documents. In 2016, they joined HCL Technologies as an Associate Manager- Legal, providing end to end Contract Management services. In 2019, they worked as a Research Assistant at Tilburg University and as a Legal Intern at Advantech Europe B.V. Jahnavi also served as an Independent Data Privacy Consultant for multiple startups. In 2020, they became the Head of Functional Consulting, Legal Counsel & SME at SimpliContract, responsible for advising customers on Digital Transformation of their Legal functions and managing end-to-end customer, vendor, and partner contracting and negotiations. Additionally, they served as External Legal Counsel for parentune.com.

Jahnavi Singh has a Masters in Law and Technology from Tilburg University (2019-2020). Prior to that, they obtained a BA LLB Hons. from National Law University, Delhi (2011-2016). Jahnavi also completed their Intermediate in Commerce from St. Joseph's Convent High School (2009-2011) and Matriculation from the same school (2008-2009). Additionally, they are a Licensed Advocate from the Bar Council of India.
