Kristin D'Antoni has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kristin started their career at the School for Conflict Analysis and Resolution, George Mason University, where they served as a Student Services Assistant and Experiential Learning Assistant. In these roles, they provided academic advising, coordinated events, and maintained student records.
Kristin later worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Consultant from 2011 to 2013.
From 2013 to 2017, they joined Global Brands Group, a member of the Fung Group, where they were a Change Management Associate and later a Manager of Change Management.
Since 2017, they have been working at SimpliFi Managed Services as the Sr. Director of MSP Operations and Director of Implementation/Operations.

Kristin DAntoni has a Master of Science degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University, which was obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended James Madison University from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Kristin also has a second Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from James Madison University, although the exact time frame for this degree is unknown.
