Kristin Dorow Ma, Bsn, Rn, Cen

Kristin Dorow, MA, BSN, RN, CEN, currently serves as Clinical Manager for the CAP program at SimpliFi Managed Services, focusing on building and retaining nursing staff. With a background that includes roles as an Emergency Room Nurse at Baylor Scott & White Health and Ascension, as well as Nursing Supervisor at Family Hospital Systems, Kristin brings extensive experience in trauma care and emergency nursing. Previous positions span pediatric and adult settings, including Dell Children's Medical Center, where Kristin was involved in trauma and surgical nursing. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Health & Sport Studies from the University of Iowa and two Bachelor's degrees, one in Psychology from Luther College and another in Registered Nursing from Bellin College.
