Karuna Henao

Karuna (Francy) Henao is an accomplished finance and human resources manager with a diverse background in administrative support and program direction. Currently serving as the Finance/HR Manager at Simplified Impact since October 2021, Karuna previously held the position of Executive Administrative Assistant to the CEO at On Time Construction Build & Design from 2019 to October 2020, effectively adapting to an unfamiliar industry. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Joseph F. Murphy, where efficient documentation systems were established, and as Senior Program Director at Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC, where program expansion was achieved for children with disabilities. Karuna also worked as a Medicaid Service Coordinator at YAI/NIPD and a Case Manager at RHD-SALT Passaic. Karuna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
