Ryan Rolfsmeier

Ryan Rolfsmeier has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Simplified IT Solutions since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at Twin Eagle Consulting LLC from March 2020 to November 2021. In this role, they led engineering and project management teams, researched and implemented IT-based technologies aligned with business strategies, and collaborated with sales teams and customers to create strategic solutions.

Before joining Twin Eagle Consulting LLC, Ryan held the position of Managing Partner at R&E Enterprises LLC from January 2004 to December 2020. In this role, they designed and constructed IT networks, proactively monitored and maintained network assets, and managed projects efficiently.

Ryan also worked at Johns Manville as a Sr. Network Architect from August 2016 to March 2020. In this role, they designed and maintained global IT network solutions, approved new cross-functional IT technologies, and developed network strategies aligned with business needs.

From May 2012 to March 2016, Ryan served as a Sr. ITS Administrator at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation. Ryan oversaw the design and management of IT field communications in specific regions, coordinated with business managers, and negotiated lease terms with tower owners.

Prior to that, from November 2006 to May 2012, Ryan worked as a Sr Telecommunications Technician at Kinder Morgan. Ryan managed telecommunications, troubleshooted and repaired system issues, and maintained communications to SCADA equipment.

Ryan's earlier experiences include working as a Telecommunications Technician at Nebraska Public Power District from March 2004 to November 2006, where they repaired equipment, troubleshooted networks, and installed and maintained SCADA equipment. Ryan also served as an Instrumentation and Control Technician at the same company from January 2000 to March 2004, where they repaired and calibrated process instrumentation and analyzed complex systems for improved plant operations and safety.

Ryan Rolfsmeier completed their education with a Master's of Business Administration degree from LSU Shreveport, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from Bellevue University and an Associate's Degree in Electronic Engineering from Southeast Community College. In terms of certifications, Ryan has acquired various qualifications, including the PMP - Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2016, the ITIL - Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2012, the Certified Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Transformance Advisors Inc. in July 2019, and the Certified Lean Practitioner certification from Transformance Advisors Inc. in October 2018. Ryan also obtained the Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 4: Certified Professional certification from Fortinet in April 2021. It is not specified when or if Ryan obtained the FCC- Commercial General Operators License.
