Ratnangi Malpekar

Ratnangi Malpekar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ratnangi began their career as a Programmer/Analyst at Mahendra Bros. in 1995. Ratnangi then joined Syntel Inc in 1996, where they held the role of Engagement Director until 2015, responsible for leading multi-technology, functional teams and focusing on innovation and building new capabilities. During their time at Syntel Inc, they also served as Client Partner, Insurance Business Unit from 2015 to 2018, where they built strategies for growing the P&C account and forming a team of leaders.
