Tasneem Kapuswala

Tasneem Kapuswala has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 at Texas Tech University as a Research Assistant. From 2005 to 2006, Tasneem worked as a Real Estate Appraisal Trainee at Luzod Appraisal & Consulting. Tasneem then moved on to Wayne State University, where they served as a Research Assistant from 2006 to 2011. In 2010, Tasneem joined Simplify Healthcare and held multiple roles including Lead Business Analyst from 2010 to 2020, Manager Product Solutions from 2019 to 2021, and currently serves as the Director - Product Solutions since June 2021.

Tasneem Kapuswala completed a Master's degree in Microbiology, General from M.E.S. Garware Pune between the years 1991 and 1996. Tasneem then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Biology from Texas Tech University from 1999 to 2001. In terms of additional certifications, they attained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2021.
