Andrew Grant

Head of Operations: Contact Centre

Andrew Grant is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in contact centre management. They served as a Regional Credit Manager at Nashua Mobile from 1999 to 2005, followed by various roles in operations at Metonymy Pty (Ltd) and Blake Connect between 2009 and 2014. Currently, Andrew is the Head of Operations for the Contact Centre at Hollywoodbets, having previously held the position of Business Unit Manager at Ignition Group since 2014. Andrew earned a degree in Accounting from the Durban Institute of Technology, completed in 1990.
