Chris Sta.Cruz has over 15 years of experience in contact center operations and service delivery within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Contact Centre Operations & Support at Security Bank Corporation since April 2018, Chris previously held various managerial roles at ANZ, including Service Delivery Manager for Wealth Insurance Operations, Learning & Readiness Manager, and Sales & Acquisition Manager for Singapore Retail. Additional experience includes management positions at Intelenet Global Services, EXL, and ePLDT Ventus, where responsibilities spanned sales, customer service, and insurance operations. Chris holds a degree in AB Mass Communications with a focus on Broadcasting from Centro Escolar University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
