Ravi Reddy

Ravi Reddy has a strong work history in various leadership roles within the software industry. Ravi started their career as a Software Test Engineer at Laurus Infosystems in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Ravi then joined KPMG Global Services (KGS) as an Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for COB application development, Kofax Development, and team management. After five years at KPMG, Ravi joined Simplify3x Software Private Limited in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer. Ravi later took on the role of Chief Delivery Officer, where they utilized their extensive experience in software development and testing across various domains. Currently, Ravi holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Simplify3x Software Private Limited. Ravi is a certified Scrum Master and Agile Success Coach, highlighting their expertise in agile methodologies.

Ravi Reddy completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering at Siddaganga Institute Of Technology. Ravi then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Engineering at CMRIT-VTU from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Science from SIT Tumker between 2005 and 2009. In terms of additional certifications, they received certification as a Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2018. Ravi also acquired various certifications from Microsoft, including Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Excel, Introduction to Python for Data Science, Microsoft Professional Orientation: Data Science, Querying with Transact-SQL, and Essential Statistics for Data Analysis using Excel, all in June 2017. Additionally, they obtained an ISTQB certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board in June 2015.
