Dr Anjana Lalitha

Dr. Anjana Lalitha has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Dr Anjana started their career as a Lecturer in English at CMS College of Science and Commerce from June 1999 to March 2001. Dr Anjana then worked as a Proofreader and Editor from June 2006 to June 2012.

From November 2014 to March 2018, Dr. Lalitha served as a Lead Content Editor at Simplilearn. During this role, they led an editorial team responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and quality of online training materials. Dr Anjana also created style guides, edited articles, provided language and soft skills training to various teams, and mentored new joiners.

From April 2018 to March 2020, Dr. Lalitha held the position of Manager - Content Quality Assurance at Simplilearn. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring the learnability, functionality, and accessibility of e-learning course content. Dr Anjana also managed people, defined processes, performed compliance audits, and implemented innovations.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Dr Lalitha has obtained a certification in Components of Effective Learning from LinkedIn in August 2022.
