Solomon Promise Etiyeme has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of data science, machine learning, research, and teaching. Solomon has worked as a Data Science Instructor for Simplilearn, Omdena, Seedbuilders, and Trontier, where they facilitated training and knowledge sharing in various aspects of data science and programming languages.

Solomon also held the position of Research Associate at DataLab Nigeria, where they were involved in business development, data mining, and the design of AI products and services. Solomon successfully completed projects such as developing a model for Fake News Detection using Naive Bayes and analyzing data analysis tools used in Nigeria.

Before entering the field of data science, Solomon worked as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Oasis College during their NYSC service, where they utilized diverse teaching techniques and learning tools to cater to students' individual needs. Solomon also served as a Coordinator at Deeper Life Post Literacy Centre, where they guided students through exercises aimed at challenging personal worldviews and promoting discipline.

Additionally, Solomon gained industrial training experience at the Petroleum Training Institute (P.T.I.), Nigeria, where they conducted laboratory tests, handled specimens, and provided observations and measurements according to quality control protocols.

In 2021, they earned a Professional Certificate in Data Science and Analysis from DataLab Nigeria. Additionally, they have pursued further education and certifications in the field of data science. In 2020, they completed the course "What is Data Science ?" offered by Coursera and obtained a certification in Data Science Foundations - Level 1 from IBM. Solomon also obtained certifications in "Fundamentals of Starting and Running a Business" and "Strategies for Personal Development and Growth" from YALI NETWORK in the same year. In 2019, Solomon completed the courses "Bracketology Club: Using March Madness to Learn Data Science" and "Data Science & Analytics Career Paths & Certifications: First Steps" offered by LinkedIn. In 2021, they obtained Academy Accreditation in Unified Data Analytics Essentials from Databricks. Furthermore, Solomon has obtained certifications in "GitHub for Data Scientists" from LinkedIn in 2022 and "AutoInland Vehicle Insurance Claim Challenge" from Zindi in 2021. In terms of their future education plans, they are expected to pursue a Master of Science degree in Data Science and Technology at Nasarawa State University in 2023. Solomon also completed a Tekedia Mini-MBA in Innovation Management at Tekedia Institute in 2023.
