Roberto Jimenez has extensive experience in product management and customer experience within the logistics and transportation sectors. At Falabella from June 2020 to October 2022, Roberto served in multiple leadership roles, including Gerente de productos Home Delivery, Transport Product Director, and Product Director. Currently, Roberto is the VP of Customer Experience at SimpliRoute, a position held since May 2025. Earlier in his career, from August 2011 to December 2012, Roberto worked at Sodimac Chile as an Analista de Proyectos Logisticos, Subgerente Optimización de Transporte / Product Owner Sistemas de Transporte, Jefe de Gestion Transporte Nacional, and Ingeniero de Proyectos. Roberto holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
