Ben Healy

Ben Healy currently serves as the Head of CX Analytics at SimpliSafe, a position held since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ben accumulated extensive experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where a progression of titles included Director, Data Science - Customer Advocacy, Manager, Data Science - Customer Advocacy, and Principal Analyst, Data Science - Customer Advocacy from June 2015 to January 2021. Earlier experience includes a consultancy position at ASR Analytics, LLC, providing analytic consulting services across public and private sectors from October 2010 to June 2014. Ben Healy holds a Master's Degree in Analytics from North Carolina State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
