Molly Nugiel

Molly Nugiel is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in technology and data management. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager and Co-Lead of the Women in Tech Employee Resource Group at SimpliSafe, Molly has previously held significant roles at Starry, Inc. and Ceres Imaging, where Molly led product strategy, developed data integration partnerships, and managed cross-functional teams. With a strong background in GIS and remote sensing analysis, Molly has worked on a range of projects from internal tool development to advocating for women in tech and fostering inclusion within organizations. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography, Geographic Information Science, and History from Miami University and has participated in several technical and community-oriented initiatives throughout a diverse career.
