Pam Tannourji is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in food product development and project management. Currently serving as Recipe & Content Manager-APAC at Simplot Australia Pty Ltd since February 2014, Pam has also held roles as Recipe & Content Team Leader and Senior Culinary Technologist-Design. Prior to this, Pam operated Pam Tannourji & Associates Food Consultancy Services from 1999 to 2014 as Director. Pam graduated from RMIT University with a degree in Applied Science, specializing in Home Economics and Consumer Science.
