Christian Fay

Christian Fay is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Project Engineer at J.R. Simplot Company since October 2022. Previously, Christian worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Western Grain Dryer Inc. for a brief period and held multiple roles at CT Energy Services from June 2014 to July 2022, including Production Engineering Manager and Acting General Manager. Prior experience includes a role as a Moonshine Intern at Boeing Commercial Airplanes, focusing on problem-solving in production with Lean manufacturing principles, and starting as a Packer Operator at Maple Leaf Construction, where skills in construction and site layout were developed.
