Siena Parker

Siena Parker is a seasoned professional with expertise in social impact, sustainability, and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as the Global Head of Social Impact and Diversity & Inclusion at Simply Business since June 2025, Siena previously held the position of Global Head of Sustainability at Pret A Manger, where responsibilities included the strategic design and delivery of sustainability initiatives across 650+ shops in 19 markets. Prior roles include Social Impact Director at Penguin Random House UK, where Siena developed an ambitious ESG strategy, and various positions at HEINEKEN, including Corporate Responsibility Manager, overseeing the company's UK sustainability strategy. Siena's career began with a focus on community engagement and representation during studies at the University of St Andrews, where Siena earned a MA (Hons) in Modern History.
