Tamara Maleta

Tamara Maleta is a seasoned professional in customer support and project management with significant experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as the Head of Aviation Project at Simply Contact since December 2022, Tamara focuses on delivering high-quality, multilingual support solutions. Previously, as the Head of Call Center at Toyota Kyiv Autosummit from December 2020 to December 2022, notable achievements included enhancing customer service standards and implementing a new motivation scheme. During a 13-year tenure at Ukraine International Airlines, Tamara led the Reservation & Ticketing Department, where key accomplishments included developing training programs for a new GDS and improving customer service protocols. Tamara holds a degree from Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law.
