Joel Arnold

Joel Arnold has extensive experience in credit and collections management. Joel is currently serving as the Head of Credit & Collections at Simply Energy, where they lead a team and focuses on minimizing bad debt while maximizing cash flow. Prior to this, Joel worked as an Executive Consultant at FICO, where they provided key account management and consultation on debt collection strategies. Joel has also held leadership positions at illion Australia and New Zealand and Dun & Bradstreet Australia PTY LTD, where they managed solution specialists and drove new business growth. Joel began their career as a Branch Manager at Blue Star Capital.
