Terence Alvares

Terence Alvares is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience in managing and enhancing operational efficiency across various sectors. As the General Manager of Operations at ENGIE from December 2019 to September 2024, Terence was responsible for developing operational strategies, managing teams, and engaging with suppliers, significantly contributing to the business's growth through process re-engineering and organizational transformation. Prior to this, Terence held the same title at Telstra Health, overseeing operations for the National Cancer Screening Register. With a robust background in contact center management at Telstra and AGL, combined with foundational experience in client relationship management, Terence has consistently delivered improved performance and customer engagement. Terence holds an M. Tech degree in Museum Studies from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
