Simply Equality is a social enterprise committed to breaking down barriers faced by disabled and LGBTQIA+ people at work. We have three pillars that drive our business. 
We run workshops that address a range of issues faced by Disabled and LGBTQIA+ peole at work. Our sessions are usually 90 minutes and can be run virtually or hybrid; we are also able to deliver bespoke sessions for your organisation. Alternatively, for those who are tight on time, we do 60 minute lunch and learns that provide a basic understanding of Disability, LGBTQIA+ awareness, Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and Intersctionality.
We are also experienced public speakers, using our extensive experience to inspire others, raise awareness and further discussion and action.
Using our extensive skills, knowledge and lived-experience, we work with companies and individuals to explore their worplaces, identify challenges and propose solutions and follow up check-ins to evaluate progress and impact.
With around 1 in 5 people in the UK being disabled and an increasing number of younger generations identifying as LGBTQIA+, it's vital that we ensure our workplaces are environments that are inclusive. Are you ready to make change?
