Joana Z. has a long and diverse work experience. Joana began their career in 2007 as a Production Worker/Assistant Manager at Rose Valley Homestead, where they were responsible for maintaining animal sheds, equipment, and facilities, as well as overseeing the general care of livestock. In 2011, they moved to Ausgrid as a Customer Service Representative, delivering exceptional customer service through telephone and email enquiries.
