Tara Millgate has worked in various roles across multiple industries since 2008. Tara began their career as a Cluster Manager for Boost Juice Bars, where they managed four stores, recruited and internally promoted staff, and completed staff wages and rostering. In 2009, they became a Manager for diva, where they provided exceptional customer service, was selected as an outstanding manager in NSW, and flew to New Zealand to work closely with the country manager and loss prevention manager. From 2011 to 2015, Tara worked as a Regional Manager for EQuip, where they were granted jurisdiction and responsibility for 15 stores, three of which they personally set up and opened. Tara also had 67 team members in their region under their guidance. In 2015, Tara became a Retail Recruitment Specialist for Climb Retail, where they offered a highly professional service to all clients. From 2017 to 2020, Tara worked for nib health funds as a Service Team Leader and Sales Specialist. In 2021, they became a Customer Success Team Leader for Darzin- Stakeholder Engagement Software, where they worked with several large companies to ensure a positive customer experience. Finally, in 2022, Tara became an Operations Manager for Simply Stakeholders - a Darzin Software Product.
Tara Millgate has a diverse educational background. In 2014, they completed a Diploma of Human Resources Management, a Diploma of Management, and a Certificate 5 in Retail Management from TAFE NSW, My Gateway, and Saint Johns College, respectively.
