Brian Mitchell

Brian Mitchell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. As the Group Head of HR at Simply UK since March 2022, Brian has honed strategic HR initiatives. Previously, Brian served as the Director of Human Resources at LOGANAIR LTD from September 2011 to March 2022 and held the position of Associate Director at The Xact Group from 2008 to 2011, leading the HR Consultants Team. Additional experience includes roles as HR Business Partner at Network Rail and HR Consultant positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland International and Fife Council. Earlier career stages include HR Advisor at Marine Harvest Group and a foundational HR role at the Scottish Prison Service. Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Employment Law and Practice from Robert Gordon University and attended educational institutions including Alva Academy, St Bernadette's, and St Cuthbert's.
