Derrick Ross

Derrick Ross has a strong background in risk management, with experience in various roles and companies. Derrick started their career in 2000 as the Director of Risk Management at LUBY'S FUDDRUCKERS RESTAURANTS, LLC, where they worked for 10 years. Derrick then progressed to become the Vice President of Risk Management at Luby’s Fuddruckers Restaurants, where they worked for another 10 years until 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as the Claims Manager at Matthews & Associates. Currently, they are the Director of Risk Management at Camillo Properties, starting in February 2022.
