Hoa Vo's work experience includes working at SimplyProtein as a Customer Service and Logistics Manager since October 2020. Before that, Hoa worked at SimplyProtein as a Customer Service and Logistics Specialist from April 2018 to October 2020. Prior to SimplyProtein, Hoa worked at Normerica Inc. as a Customer Service Manager from July 2017 to December 2017 and as a Customer Service Representative from November 2012 to June 2017.

Hoa Vo studied at the University of Toronto from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management.
