Kapil Kaushik

Kapil Kaushik has an extensive work experience spanning over different companies and roles. Kapil currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Simpplr since 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President, Engineering and Product Innovation at Trilogy Innovations from 2018 to 2021, where they led ML-driven innovation projects and made key engineering and product decisions for the company. Before Trilogy Innovations, they held the position of Sr. Director Engineering at Delhivery from 2015 to 2018, where they built and scaled the technology infrastructure for the logistics firm. Kapil also worked as the VP of Engineering at CareerVita India (P) Ltd from 2014 to 2015, leading product and engineering teams. Additionally, Kapil has co-founded Sparsha Learning Technologies in 2010 and served as its CTO until 2014, where they developed activity-based learning solutions and created India's first browser-based "Virtual Labs." Kapil has also worked at Magma Design Automation as a Member of Technical Staff from 2007 to 2010, and at Atrenta as a Software Engineer from 2005 to 2006. Throughout their career, Kapil has showcased their expertise in engineering, product innovation, scaling technology infrastructure, and developing software solutions.

Kapil Kaushik earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2001-2005. Prior to that, they attended D.A.V. Public School, Surajpur from 1989-2001.
