Winfield Nedrow has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1992, they started their career as a Firefighter/Rescue personnel in the United States Air Force and worked until 1997. Afterward, they joined Hewlett Packard/Dazel as an Inside Sales Representative and later as a Channel Sales Support Representative. Winfield then worked at Metro Ford as a Sales Consultant from 2004 to 2005. Following that, they joined Safety-Kleen, where they held the roles of Market Sales Account Manager and later Customer Service Manager until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Convio, Inc. as an Associate Sales Executive and later as an Account Executive for the Common Ground product. Winfield then moved to Blackbaud and served as a Client Success Manager from 2012 to 2016, Manager of Customer Success from 2016 to 2019, and finally as a Customer Success Manager, Sr. Principal from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are employed by Simpplr as the Principal Customer Success Manager.
