Ariane Pereira da Rocha is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner II at Simpress since November 2021, Ariane focuses on end-to-end recruitment and selection processes and supports multiple business units across various corporate areas, including Finance and HR. Prior to Simpress, Ariane worked at Mindbe as a Business Partner RH and later as a Manager of BPO and Performance, overseeing Training and Development, Quality, Climate and Culture, and Recruitment and Selection within the Call Center operations. Ariane began their career at Quaddra Contact Center, serving as a Recruitment and Selection Coordinator and Operations Supervisor. Educational credentials include a Clinical Psychoanalysis degree, an MBA in Strategic Management and Innovation, and degrees in Human Resources and Business Administration.
