Blake van Houten

Blake Van Houten is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at simPRO Software since January 2021. Previously held the position of Chef at the Royal International Convention Centre from June 2016 to January 2021, and worked as a Recruitment/FIFO Chef with Zenith & Hays Recruitment from March 2013 to January 2020, including roles at various notable locations such as Hayman Island Resort and multiple coal mines. Blake's impressive background includes serving as Head Chef for corporate hospitality during the Commonwealth Games in 2018, and at the London 2012 Olympic Games, as well as leading culinary operations at Chelsea Football Club. Additional culinary experience includes roles as Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef at various esteemed establishments.
