Manabu is an expert in hot-chain food technology, with over 25 years of experience in F&B. Before joining Wada Bento, he managed the food quality of the city supper and famous Japanese restaurants as Head Chef and Executive Chef.

Dr. Stephen is an electronics expert and was Patent Committee Chairman of a listed electronics company. He has filed over 60 patents in electronics with 42 patents granted. Dr. Stephen received his Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering from the University of Manchester. He is also a Member of the VTC Electronics and Telecommunications Training Board.
