Jamie Levy

Director Of Global Customer Engagement at simPRO

Jamie Levy has extensive work experience in the field of customer engagement and business development. They started their career as an AE/Capacity at CH Robinson in 2004 and later worked as a Placement Specialist at FRP GROUP. Jamie then joined Standard Parking as a Marketing/Business Development professional before moving on to Coyote Logistics as a Director of Enterprise Business Development. In 2013, they joined Magento Commerce, where they held roles such as Manager of Client Strategy and Senior Account Manager in the Customer Success Group.

In 2017, Jamie joined Shopify Plus as the Head of Engagement for North America. They also served as the Executive Engagement in the Office of the President. In this role, they built and led a global team and later transitioned the team into Shopify Plus marketing. Jamie's most recent position is with Branding Brand, where they served as the Chief Customer Officer until January 2024. Currently, Jamie is working as the Director of Global Customer Engagement at Simpro Software.

Jamie Levy completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from The University of Kansas from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, Jamie has obtained several certifications, including The Sonder Method and altMBA from Akimbo, Speaker Labs Talk Master Certification from Speaker Labs, and Customer Journey Mapping / Design Thinking and Data Analytics from General Assembly.
