Louisa Smythe has a diverse work experience in marketing and operations roles. Louisa began their career as an International Sales & Marketing Associate at Comparte in 2013. Louisa then worked at Oracle Marketing Cloud as an Infrastructure Business Development Consultant and later as an Eloqua Campaign Designer. In 2017, Louisa joined Tenfold as a Marketing Operations Manager, where they implemented Marketo and consolidated the MarTech stack. Louisa also gained proficiency in various platforms and won an award for Demand Generation Marketing. Following that, Louisa worked at Adobe and its subsidiary Magento as a Senior Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager and Campaign Operations Manager, respectively. In these roles, they led operational integration projects, created analytics dashboards, and developed campaign frameworks. At VidMob, Louisa served as the Director of Revenue Operations and Director of Marketing Operations, leading the marketing transformation and building measurement systems. Currently, they are working as the Director of Global Marketing Operations at Simpro Software.

Louisa Smythe has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing, Management, and Global Commerce from the University of Virginia. Louisa also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Texas at Austin, specifically from the Red McCombs School of Business. Additionally, Louisa has completed courses in International Business at Universidad de Chile and Economics at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Louisa attended Concord Academy for an unspecified period of time. Furthermore, Louisa has obtained several certifications, including Demandbase One Foundations from Demandbase, PMC Level I and Level II from Pragmatic Institute, Adobe Certified Professional - Marketo Engage Business Practitioner from Adobe, and Competent Leader from Toastmasters International.
