Galen Gist

Galen Gist is a dedicated medical student at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, with an expected graduation in 2023. Experience includes serving as an undergraduate student researcher at Des Moines University, where experiments on the glycogen synthase protein of Trichomonas vaginalis were conducted and published. Additionally, Galen has been a biology and chemistry tutor and laboratory assistant at Simpson College, supporting both introductory and advanced science courses. Prior to current roles, a position as a medical scribe at ScribeAmerica provided valuable experience in the medical field.
