Melissa Daniels M.ed

Melissa Daniels, M.Ed, is an experienced instructional designer currently engaged with Simpson College since June 2022, where responsibilities include collaborating with faculty to enhance online coursework through effective coaching techniques. Prior to this role, Melissa served as the Lead Instructor at North High School from August 2013 to June 2022, managing training schedules, developing and differentiating curricula, and leading a team of instructors to improve instructional methodologies. Melissa’s background also includes experience as an Instructor, where a focus on inclusive learning and compliance tracking was emphasized, and as a Trainer at Principal Financial Group, where new employees were trained in claims coordination. Melissa holds a Master of Education from Simpson College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Iowa.
