Jeremy Gilstrap

Mr. Gilstrap has served as the Executive Vice President, Innovation since January 2023. Mr. Gilstrap joined Simpson Strong-Tie in 2001 as a branch engineer. In 2005, he was promoted to Manager of Engineering Research and Development; in 2009, he created the Engineering Services Division; in 2014 he was promoted to Vice President of Engineering; in 2017, he was promoted to General Manager of Concrete Construction Products division; and in 2020 he was promoted to Northwest Regional Vice President, and served in this position until January 2023. In his current role, Mr. Gilstrap oversees Strategic Market Development, Global Product Development, Digital Product Development, Marketing and Engineering.

Mr. Gilstrap holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree and a Master of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wyoming, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
