Ashton Avarell

Ashton Avarell, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Ashton began their career as an Engineer in Training at KADTEC in 2000 and worked there until 2003. Ashton then joined Jacobs Consulting, Inc. as a Senior Project Manager from 2003 to 2004. Ashton then moved to Quantum from 2004 to 2007, where they served as the Head Engineer. In 2005, they briefly worked as an Associate Engineer at CCL Engineering Inc. From 2007 to 2012, Ashton worked as the Head Engineer/Owner of Allegiant Engineered Designs, LLC. Ashton joined PulteGroup as a National Sales Advisor in 2011 and later transitioned to Simpson Strong-Tie in 2012. At Simpson Strong-Tie, Ashton has held several roles, including Fastener Systems and Dealer Sales Representative, Territory Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Branch Sales Manager, and currently as the Director of Sales - Southwest Region since April 2021.

Ashton Avarell, P.E. received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, completing the program from 1995 to 2000. Recently, in 2020, they completed a Certificate Program in Business Analytics: From Data to Insight from The Wharton School.
