Nick Smith

Nick Smith has extensive experience in sales and management, currently serving as a Senior Dealer Sales Representative at Simpson Strong-Tie since April 2017. Prior to this role, Nick worked as a Sales Representative for the ACE Hardware Division at Valspar from February 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing a $5 million territory and overseeing 120 Ace Hardware store paint departments. Earlier positions included Store Manager and Assistant Manager at Sherwin-Williams Paints, where Nick contributed to significant annual sales, as well as Branch Manager at Collegiate Entrepreneurs, generating substantial residential sales. Nick holds a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland and an A.A. in General Studies from Carroll Community College, with a high school diploma from Francis Scott Key High School.
