Ron Gaines

Ron Gaines has a diverse work experience history. Ron started their career as a Sales Manager at Robbins Manufacturing Company from 1987 to 1992. Ron then moved to Robbins Engineering as a Florida Sales Representative from 1993 to 1996. After that, they joined Simpson Strong-Tie, where they held multiple roles, including Sales Manager from 1996 to 2013, Component Solutions Sales Manager from 2013 to 2014, and Branch Sales Manager from 2014 to the present. Most recently, they have been serving as the Director of Sales - Southeast US at Simpson Strong-Tie since January 2023.

Ron Gaines attended the University of South Florida from 1983 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Mass Communications.
