Spencer Tubbs

Spencer Tubbs, MSHRM, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations. Currently serving as HR Operations Lead at Simpson Strong-Tie since August 2019, Spencer has successfully spearheaded strategic initiatives to enhance the global HR workforce and developed comprehensive training programs for HR team members. Previous roles at Simpson Strong-Tie included Senior HR Operations Administrator and Human Resources Coordinator, managing HR operations for over 600 employees across various sectors. Spencer's career also includes experience as an Administrative Assistant at ERM, where responsibilities included onboarding a significant number of contractors for a major project. Spencer holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management-Human Resource from Washington State University.
