Suzanne Mallette

Suzanne Mallette is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management across various industries. Currently serving as the Director Digital Technology Business Partner at Simpson Strong-Tie, Suzanne's previous roles include Global Director IT PMO at Leggett & Platt, where oversight included IT procurement, vendor management, and collaboration tools. At Liberty Tax, Suzanne held the position of VP of Technology, refining PMO processes and implementing Agile/Scrum methodologies. Additional contributions include leadership roles at the American Heart Association, Corsicana Mattress Company, and Commercial Metals Company, where Suzanne successfully established PMOs, managed significant budgets, and developed high-performing teams.
