Tim Kaucher

Tim Kaucher, P.E. has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Tim started their career as an Office Manager at Haverly & Associates Architects in 1995 and worked there until 1997. In 2000, they briefly worked as an Assistant Project Engineer at Khatri International. From 2001 to 2006, they joined the Los Angeles County Department of Public Works, initially as a Sr. Civil Engineering Assistant and later as an Associate Civil Engineer. In 2006, they joined Simpson Strong-Tie as a Branch Engineer and eventually became the Director of Engineering, Southwest U.S. at the company's Riverside Leadership Team in 2013. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing strategy and overall direction for the facilities in the Southwestern U.S., while also supervising and directing the Engineering & Training/Literature Departments for the region.

Tim Kaucher, P.E. holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California, which they completed from 1997 to 2001. In addition, they earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2014 and 2015.
