Susan Osnato

Susan Osnato is Chief Legal Talent Officer at Simpson Thacher, where she leads the Firm’s global efforts on legal recruitment, talent development, diversity and inclusion, training, feedback, mentoring and integration.

Susan received her M.A. from Columbia University Teachers College and her B.A. from Washington and Lee University.
