Barbara Jordan, CPTM, is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as Group Vice President and Head of Global Learning and Development at Sims Limited since October 2016. Prior experience includes positions as Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Jackson Hewitt Tax Service from November 2004 to May 2016, Divisional Vice President for e-Learning & Technology Training Group at UBS from 1999 to 2004, and Sr. Learning and CBT Analyst at American International Underwriters from 1997 to 1999. Additionally, Barbara held the role of Sr. Performance Consultant in Learning and Development at TIAA-CREF from 1994 to 1997.
