Damon Hodges

Damon Hodges is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee relations, currently serving as the Employee Relations Manager for APAC and ANZ regions at Sims Limited since March 2017. Prior to this, Damon held various positions within the Community & Public Sector Union, including Employee Relations Advisor and Organiser, and contributed as a Telephone Counsellor at Lifeline Australia. Damon's career began in the technology sector with roles in technical sales and service, and includes experience as a tutor/youth worker and sound engineer. Educational qualifications comprise a Master’s Degree in Dispute Resolution and a Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations from Charles Sturt University, complemented by specialized training in advocacy and professional counseling.
