Dan Wenger

Dan Wenger has a long history of work experience in the health technology and marketing space. Dan began their career in 1995 as Advertising Director for Wizards of the Coast's TSR Inc. In 1997, they joined Bader Rutter & Associates as an Account Executive, where they grew the Caterpillar account by 80%. In 2000, they moved to DBA Marketing Communications as an Account Executive. In 2002, they joined GE Healthcare as a Global Product Manager, Software and Platforms, where they unified brand messaging across four acquired companies. In 2010, they were promoted to Director, Strategic Marketing at Hospira, a Pfizer Company, where they developed marketing metrics and set product launch standards for eight new drug and device product launches. In 2013, they were promoted to Director, I.V. Solutions & Consumables, where they drove a significant turnaround, delivering a $278M profit on one product line. In 2016, they joined RF Technologies as Vice President of Marketing, where they tripled market deal participation and doubled lead quality. In 2018, they founded SimSort, LLC, a management services company to serve startups in the health technology space. In 2019, they started LandRider Ventures, providing general management, business and product strategy, finance, marketing and product development functions. In 2020, they co-founded Otologic Technologies, where they serve as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Strategy Officer, Treasurer and as a Director on the board, leading strategy, finance, marketing and product management functions.

Dan Wenger holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a focus in Finance, Economics, International Business, Strategic Management, and Entrepreneurship. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Drake University, with a focus in Journalism and Mass Communications. Additionally, Dan is certified as an Assisted Living Administrator from the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt from GE Healthcare.
